LIFE Groups moves us from sitting in rows to engaging in circles. These transformational spaces help people to connect relationally and grow spiritually. LIFE Groups are the hub of congregational care.

Northampton is built on teams. Teams are the way things get done at Northampton. If you are interested in joining a team, or getting more information, ask to join a particular group to get started!

RLD is the foundation of our discipleship plan and DNA at Northampton. RLD is not a *new* plan for discipleship. It's a framework that we use to be disciples who are making disciples. We offer RLD a couple times through the year in small groups. We also offer RLD trainings in other settings throughout the year.
