When We Meet

Your First Visit

Here’s what to expect when you visit Northampton Kids for the first time:

When you arrive, head to the Children’s Check-In Kiosks. There, your family will meet one of our friendly team members and help with getting your child checked into our system, we will also walk with you to their age-appropriate classroom where you’ll be able to meet their teacher and assistant.

During your first visit, we’ll ask for a few pieces of information so we can care for your child well:

• Parent/guardian name(s)
• Child’s name
• Child’s birthdate
• Home address
• Phone number
• Any special instructions, including allergies or special needs

Your privacy matters to us. Your information is kept secure and is not shared outside of what is necessary to provide a safe and caring environment for your child.

If we need to reach you for any reason, a Northampton Kids volunteer will come and get you from the service.

After Service:

When the service is finished, return to your Childs Classroom. Here we will match the pick up number with the one that’s in your Childs name tag and the teacher will sign your child out.
