Northampton Bible Church is seeking a full-time Next Gen Associate Pastor to lead and oversee our ministries to the next generation—children (birth–5th grade), students (6th–12th grade), and young adults. We’re looking for a relational, team-oriented pastor with a heart for discipleship, a vision for spiritual growth, and a passion to reach the next generation for Christ.
This role combines hands-on leadership of the Student Ministry with oversight and development of Children’s and Young Adult Ministries, ensuring a unified discipleship pathway from birth through young adulthood. The Next Gen Associate Pastor will also have opportunities to preach on Sundays, contribute to the overall leadership of the church, and serve alongside our team to fulfill our mission—Love God. Love People. Make Disciples.
