Requirements: The Director for this position would need to minimally meet the requirements of a Biblical Deacon. The Creative Director should have the ability to lead a team, have a working knowledge of design and some acumen for digital design.
Brief Overview: The Creative Director has overall responsibility to provide leadership and direction, in a team environment, for all creative needs across the church. They are hyper-focused on digital impact, creatively connecting with those who don’t know Jesus. The Creative Team Director will build, oversee and invest in the Creative Team to manage and complete strategic plans and goals specific to this team. They will also work in conjunction with other related teams at Northampton for the mutual success and function of the organization's success.

Brief Overview: The Communications Coordinator will work with various Directors and Leaders in an effort to produce clear lines of communication that is outward and inward facing for the church. Examples: social media posts, calendar updates, email blasts, text updates, website collaboration and more!
